All donations and purchases are final, as ISKCON Hubli-Dharwad operates as a non-profit organisation. Due to the nature of our operations, refunds are not offered on donations or items purchased. We encourage thoughtful consideration before making a contribution or purchase.
Failed and duplicate transactions
Transactions successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed back to our system are deemed failed transactions. All such transactions are eligible for refund after reconciliation, and are refunded within 10 to 15 working days.
The same applies if you are charged more than once for the same donation, or if a technical error takes an amount other than the one you confirmed. Write to us at donorcare.iskcon@gmail.com with the date, the amount and the receipt number if you have one.
If a refund is made
The receipt issued for that donation is cancelled, and the donation cannot be claimed under Section 80G. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Recurring donations
Cancelling a recurring donation stops future debits. It does not refund payments already collected. See the Cancellation Policy.
ISKCON Hubli-Dharwad and Sankirtan Seva Trust Hubballi
Donations made through this website are received by ISKCON Hubli-Dharwad, which issues the receipt and holds the Section 80G approval.
SANKIRTAN SEVA TRUST HUBBALLI is an associated trust of ISKCON Hubli-Dharwad. The trust functions primarily for the purpose of Sankirtan activities, including the distribution of Vedic literature and spiritual gifts to donors and well-wishers. All activities carried out by SANKIRTAN SEVA TRUST HUBBALLI are aligned with the spiritual mission and objectives of ISKCON Hubli-Dharwad.
