Cancellations are generally not entertained for donations and purchases, as contributions are used immediately to support temple services and charitable activities. However, in special cases, please reach out to us directly for assistance.
Recurring donations
A recurring donation can be cancelled at any time, and we will not ask you why. To cancel, do any one of the following:
- Write to donorcare.iskcon@gmail.com from the e-mail address you used, or mention the phone number you used to set it up.
- Call the temple office on +91 93421 11008.
- Cancel the mandate directly in your bank or UPI application, where your provider offers that.
We will confirm the cancellation to you.
What cancelling does
- Future debits stop. If a debit is already in progress when you cancel, it may still complete; tell us and we will look into it.
- Donations already collected are not refunded, as they have already been applied to temple services.
- Receipts already issued remain valid, as does any 80G claim made on them.
We may cancel a recurring donation ourselves if the mandate repeatedly fails or if the seva it supports comes to an end. We will tell you if that happens.
